Who am I - Am I who I think I AM?

 

In this book I am going to do my best to show you how to manifest what you want or need in your Life to come true – Yes what you think you can hold in your hands.

I am a sprit or light or soul whatever symbolism your tribe or you group environment told you that you were, and you believed what you were told a habit was created. I do want you to understand. I will judge you because well we all judge. The key to the power is to have an open mind with no attachments. That means when another human starts to tell you, their story. You will be able to listen because if the information can’t improve your way of life, you will just let the story come in one ear and out the other. With no attachments

I have always had the power, but I felt as if no one understood me, I have always struggled with social anxiety, insecurities, or negative beliefs about myself. Being too careful about what you say can also keep you from being open and honest with people, making it hard for people to understand me for years. It has taken me 65 years to finally be able to try to share my life on mother earth.

I was living a habit life not a present life. My inside world was a mess because of my subconscious mind was the master and I was the servant. My training or programing was wrong. So, I began to work on being positive and the outside world was like man that (E) is the most positive person I have ever met – inside I was a mess.

Ruiz thinks Each person—including you—makes thousands of agreements with others, 

including your parents, partners, children, God, and society. 

 

However, the most important ones are the agreements you make with yourself in which you tell yourself who you are, what you believe, and what you’re capable of doing. Your agreements with yourself comprise your personality. 

 Ruiz thinks that if you want to live a joyful, fulfilled, and empowered life, you must be brave enough to break the agreements that are based in fear. 

As children, we are domesticated the same way animals are by a system of punishment and 

reward. When children do what adults want, they are rewarded with attention (for example, the

 adult says things like “good girl”). Fearing punishment (rejection) and craving reward 

 

(attention) makes us act the way others act. Eventually, we become so good at this that we no longer need our parents to domesticate us or teach us to “dream” in a certain way. We learn to domesticate ourselves by punishing ourselves when we don’t follow the rules and rewarding ourselves when we do.

I got into audible books because I work in a network environment so as I work, I could listen and learn about the power I knew I had inside me. But didn’t know how to control. I was trying to find the answers so I could use the power to create my Reality - I was told by my brother to all ways understand that humans tell a story that is only true to them self- If you believe them then they control your feels- emotions and your thoughts-- the cause

 

You already know how to instantly manifest what you want. What you have is what you wanted. How you manifested this moment is the secret to instant manifestation. Become conscious of the process already at work and you can redirect what you’re doing to consciously manifest what you prefer. DR. JOE VITALE

 

The story starts with the cause – E. Below I AM writing about the unconscious mind, subconscious mind, and the conscious mind I only wish someone would have told me this stuff it would have been nice to know how this vessel works as I have learned to control. I had stopped at a old run down hotel for the night and this young girl that was cleaning up told me about the secret my first book. I still send vibrations to her of thanks.

The unconscious mind is a reservoir of feelings, thoughts, urges, and memories that are outside of our conscious awareness. The unconscious contains contents that are unacceptable or unpleasant, such as feelings of pain, anxiety, or conflict. The subconscious is that part of consciousness that is not currently in focal awareness. The conscious mind involves all

 of the things that you are currently aware of and thinking about. It is somewhat akin to short-term memory and is limited in terms of capacity. Your awareness of yourself and the world around you are part of your consciousness

Because we have so many things going on at one time, when we multitask, we can easily find ourselves using our “monkey brain”, making mindless decisions that may end up causing serious problems with important tasks, or even worse, with important relationships.

Imagination teaches how to live a life and the reality is all about survival only. Most of the influential creations are stimulated by the imagination. Just one idea can lead to the most powerful innovations. Also, imagination motivates the people to convert these ideas into reality

 

Neville’s method is simplicity itself. It can be reduced to a three-step formula:

1.       Form an absolutely clear sense of what you want — be starkly honest with yourself about an accomplishment, possession, or relationship that you desire with all your heart and intellect. “Feeling is the secret,” Neville wrote.

2.       Enter a state of restful physical immobility, such as what you experience just before drifting off to sleep at night (this is sometimes called the hypnagogic state) — and you are free to do this step at that time. When the mind and body are blissfully relaxed, your intellect is unusually supple and suggestible.

3.       From this state of physical stillness, picture a short, emotionally satisfying scene that implies the fulfillment of your desire, such as someone shaking your hand in congratulations, or feeling the weight and density of an award in your hands or a wedding ring on your finger. Do not witness the scene as if you’re passively watching it on a movie screen but feel yourself in it. Run this scene through your mind for as long as it remains vivid and satisfying. You can allow yourself to fall asleep after doing this

 

Imagination is God and the all-seeing eye within! You cannot see your Imagination with your human eyes for Imagination is spirit and God is spirit. You can only see the effects of imagination, like you can only see the effects of the wind on the trees, and you cannot see the wind.

For it is impossible to see Imagination and it is impossible to see God, for God is spirit. and Imagination is God and your Imagination and your I AM are One. I AM spirit having a

human experience. I am all imagination. I AM Spirit, and I AM GOD!

 

God is your human Imagination and Imagination is the creative higher intelligence within. imagining creates reality and imagination is reality.

 

I Am Reality Called Imagination. Imagination is the third eye within, and Imagination is God within. I AM the dreamer within the dream, and I AM also the dream. The dream and I AM are one.

1. Create Your Imaginary Scene

According to Neville Goddard, the first step to manifesting is to create your imaginary scene.

This scene should be the end result of what you want. Not the beginning. Not the middle. The end!

You want this scene to be how your life would look if your desire has ALREADY manifested.

The beauty of manifesting is that all the details are already taken care of. You don’t need to visualize how your desire will come. You just need to visualize the end result you want to manifest.

Use this prompt to come up with your scene: What would my life look like if my desire has already manifested?

Describe yourself, your surroundings, the people around you, what you’re doing, what you’re saying, what you’re feeling,

The scene doesn’t have to be complex, just long enough to bring the scene to life.

Make sure to include all the senses and imagine the end. Only the end. The end is what your life would look like after you achieved this desire. Not the steps leading up to it.

For example, if your ultimate desire is to get married, then don’t imagine being on a date with your partner.

Instead, you want to imagine a short scene where you see yourself living the life AFTER your desire has manifested. Perhaps you are cuddling with your partner while wearing a wedding ring or perhaps you are cooking in the kitchen with your partner.  Everyone has their own preferences, so choose the scene that makes you feel the best.

Another tip to make your scene seem more real is to add dialogue to the visualization. If you want to manifest a promotion at work, imagine a scene where your colleagues are saying congratulations to you. Or your parents telling you how proud they are of you.

2. Imagine the Scene During the State Akin To Sleep

Once you have come up with the scene you want to imagine. The next step is to imagine this scene every day before going to sleep.

Neville recommends practicing visualization during a meditative state called “state akin to sleep (SATS).”

In this relaxed state, your conscious mind begins to slow down which makes it the optimal time to impress new assumptions in your subconscious mind through your imagination.

You can access this state through meditation, or you can take advantage of the time just before you fall asleep.

I prefer the latter because we do it every day anyway.

Once you’re in SATS, use your imagination to take yourself into the scene of your desire in the first person.

You want to feel as if you are in the scene and see your desired reality in the first-person view.

Use what you’ve written down in step 1 to experience this scene in your imagination. Once the scene ends, repeat it again. Loop it over and over.

Your mind will try to throw you off course. If you wander off, bring yourself back to the scene.

As you loop the scene, you will naturally FEEL the feelings in that scene that you’d feel as if you were actually there.

Do this until you fall asleep. If you successfully fall asleep while imagining your scene, the belief will be impressed into your subconscious mind and your belief will manifest in your reality.

3. Keep Impressing Your Subconscious Until It Manifests

According to Neville Goddard, once you successfully impress your subconscious mind with your new assumption, it must manifest in your reality.

The more you visualize during SATS, the faster you impress that desire into your subconscious mind.

As soon as that desire becomes your truth, it will manifest in your life.

The time it takes to impress your subconscious mind will vary from person to person depending on how consistent they are with their visualization, how good they are at feeling as if the desire has already manifested, and the amount of existing limiting beliefs in their subconscious.

If you are not seeing any movement in your reality, it means that you have not impressed your subconscious yet.

Or you have other negative assumptions (limiting beliefs) in your subconscious that are blocking your desire from manifesting.

How do you visualize what you want to manifest?

Every visualization practice should follow these 5 steps.

  1. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

  2. Take a tall seat and focus on your breath to calm your thoughts.

  3. Visualize the physical form of your desire.

  4. Shift your visualization to how good your desire makes you feel.

  5. Continue to visualize and feel the shift in your vibrational energy.

Thoughts with Feelings and emotion with an imagination is the (Cause that I created.) We as a group or tribe would agree to call this a controlled Hallucination. (Reality)

Living a life of Habits:

The subconscious is that part of consciousness that is not currently in focal awareness. The unconscious mind consists of the processes in the mind that occur automatically and are not available to introspection, and include thought processes, memory, affect, and motivation.

It is believed that the subconscious mind is the repository of thoughts for later use when the conscious mind is on overload. With this clarification it is clear that “unconscious” is the more appropriate term to use when we are talking about bias

The subconscious mind is far more powerful than the conscious mind and can process huge quantities of information that come via your five senses and translate them back to your brain in the blink of an eye.

Sigmund Freud believed Consciousness is the awareness of the self in space and time and is defined as human awareness to both internal and external stimuli. Sigmund Freud divided human consciousness into three levels of awareness: the conscious, preconscious, and unconscious. 

conscious contains all of the thoughts, memories, feelings, and wishes of which we are aware at any given moment. This is the aspect of our mental processing that we can think and talk about rationally. This also includes our memory, which is not always part of consciousness but can be retrieved easily and brought into awareness.

pre-conscious consists of anything that could potentially be brought into the conscious mind.

It’s important to know the difference between these terms.

  • Unconscious means not awake or lacking awareness.

  • Subconscious refers to thoughts, actions, or brain processes of which a person is not directly aware.

 

Feelings. Both emotional experiences and physical sensations — such as hunger or pain — bring about feelings, according to Psychology Today. Feelings are a conscious experience, although not every conscious experience, such as seeing or believing, is a feeling

Emotions. According to Psychology Today, an emotion “can only ever be felt…through the emotional experiences it gives rise to, even though it might be discovered through its associated thoughts, beliefs, desires, and actions.” Emotions are not conscious but instead manifest in the unconscious mind. These emotions can be brought to the surface of the conscious state through extended psychotherapy.

A fundamental difference between feelings and emotions is that feelings are experienced consciously, while emotions manifest either consciously or subconsciously.

Freud believed that dreams were essentially a form of wish fulfillment. By taking unconscious thoughts, feelings, and desires and transforming them into less threatening forms, people are able to reduce the ego's anxiety.

Freud believed that events in our childhood have a great influence on our adult lives, shaping our personality. For example, anxiety originating from traumatic experiences in a person's past is hidden from consciousness and may cause problems during adulthood (in the form of neuroses).

Beliefs are like 'Internal commands' to the brain as to how to represent what is happening, when we congruently believe something to be true.

  Beliefs are a choice. We have the power to choose our beliefs. Our beliefs become our reality. All beliefs and perceptions come from past experiences. A belief is just a thought you keep thinking over and over again until it becomes hardwired in your brain.  Beliefs then become subconscious or unconscious programs that are happening behind the scenes of your awareness. Since feelings and emotions are the end products of past experiences, the boundaries of our beliefs are our feelings.

 In order for you to change a belief or perception about yourself or your life, you’re going to have to decide with such firm intention that the over fullness of energy from that decision is greater than the hardwired programs in your brain and the emotions conditioned in your body.

 

 The choice that you make to change your belief will become and experience that you never forget. In this meditation you will learn how to change your belief or perception about yourself that stops you from creating the life you want.

 Now saying this every time, we feel and emotion its based-on habits - Why because your vessel is very effective and efficient.

 

We are living a human experience - Not the other way around.

Being mindful of your power doesn’t necessarily change the reality of our situation, and it probably won’t modify another person’s actions or beliefs. But as we become more aware of how we give away our power, and as we practice empowering our self on a regular basis, we will likely feel much better about our relationships — with our self and with the people around us.  A Habit is the tools that makes Belief - without Belief we have no faith - don't give your power away - I have faith I will return to the light - I AM

 

Perception OR controlled hallucination? 

 

A hallucination is a perception in the absence of external stimulus that has qualities of real perception.  A mild form of hallucination is known as a disturbance and can occur in most of the senses above. These may be things like seeing movement in peripheral vision, or hearing faint noises or voices.

 

Your subconscious mind is subjective. It does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. Just as your conscious mind can be thought of as the gardener, planting seeds, your subconscious mind can be thought of as the garden, or fertile soil, in which the seeds germinate and grow. This is another reason why harnessing the power of positive thinking is important to the foundation of your entire thought process. 

 

Your conscious mind commands and your subconscious mind obeys. 

 

Your conscious mind is your objective or thinking mind. It has no memory, and it can only hold one thought at a time. This mind has four essential functions. Identifies, comparison, analysis and deciding. 

 

This is why time management tips may be tougher to implement at first, but once they become habit or routine, they will stay in your comfort zone. In doing so, you’ve reprogrammed your subconscious to work in your favor.

 

Repeating - Health - wealthy -wise will create habits in the subconscious. Once a habit is created it is done - We are created in the image of a God which is good 

 

- I AM the creator of my Reality. I AM the one that comes from the light, and I will return to light. The gatekeeper of your mind is the gatekeeper of the world that you will end up seeing, defining, and thus experiencing. You have the final say as to who enters and who is stopped at your mind’s gate. Just as there exists an outer world; there also exists an inner world. In this inner world, your thoughts are its inhabitants. 

 

The defining factor in your day and life is, not what is happening “out there,” but who you are allowing to enter your gates, and thus inviting into your kingdom. 

 

Ask yourself why you get up out of bed each day – the reason is very important to have your reality come true.  You are the only person that knows of your dreams – You are the only human animal that believes and enjoys ‘YOU in your dream’ ARE you a hero?   

 

Something to think about: Your thoughts and feelings come from your past memories. If you think and feel a certain way, you begin to create an attitude. An attitude is a cycle of short-term thoughts and feelings experienced over and over again. Attitudes are shortened states of being. If you string a series of attitudes together, you create a belief. Beliefs are more elongated states of being and tend to become subconscious. When you add beliefs together, you create a perception.  

 

Your perceptions have everything to do with the: 

1.   Choices you make, 

2.   Behaviors you exhibit, 

3.   Relationships you chose,  

4.   Realities you create  

Take care of your thoughts when you are alone why because you are creating your reality –

Think of it this way – You make a Choice to go to work for a corporation in this example: 

 

-A company or group of people authorized to act as a single entity (legally a person) and recognized as such in law. - This (legally a person) well have unifying principles that you must follow to keep your position in this organization. Which in return you will receive money – verifiable record that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services.  Now you have money to pay for your WHY you know - that dream you have - where you are a - SUPER HERO and you are saving the WORLD –  

 

If we’re living the same life every day by doing the same things at the same time, seeing the same people at the same place, and creating the same experiences from yesterday, then we are living a habit 

 

What you need to understand is the unifying principles that you must follow to keep your position in this organization. SO, TAKE the money and play the GAME of life. 

 

The company or group of people authorized to act as a single entity (legally a person) have their WHY and you are not a part of their VISION they have their own Dream. Believe me they know WHAT they have to do – SO every legally person reality has their own REALITY. 

 

YOU KNOW YOUR DREAM “HOW to make this DREAM become your REALITY. The subconscious brain is the most powerful. That part of your brain doesn’t just control your impulses and whether or not you act upon them.  

It does not think, but rather reacts, fights, flees, or freezes… The subconscious mind also affects our bodily actions.  

Subconsciously, a person may freeze and not act out of fear of making a mistake or stay at a job for security rather than the love of the work.  

Subconscious mind is that, whether or not you want something doesn’t matter if your SUBCONSCIOUS doesn’t think it will ever happen. 

  

WE must become conscious of the unconscious behaviors you’ve been choosing to demonstrate that have led to the same experiences, and then WE must make new choices-Take new actions-Create new experiences.  

SO:  If WE understand this model, then WE should agree that our new thoughts should lead to: 

  • New choices should lead to new behaviors. 

  • New behaviors should lead to new experiences. 

  • New experiences should create new emotions 

 New emotions and feelings Should inspire you to think in new ways   If you understand that what you think you should be able to hold in your hand  

 

Your dream can become your reality – just open your eyes and understand you are the most important person to yourself. All you have to do is make choices with an action plan that is on track with your vision of your dream. This is called GOALS – once you have true goals – You are the only human animal that truly knows your dream –  

 

These goals are going to be faced with change Yes change – with a great foundation that we NOW have because we are the only human animal that truly knows our dream – We now know WHAT we have to do to make money to pay for our WHY 

NOW – Choice – Comes with a chance think about it you have 50% of getting it right this is great odds 50/50 come on:  

Hey WHY not invest into your DREAM - I believe in myself - I am a leader - I follow the team just to help me win - I know what I want, and I know how to get it - CHANGE my mindset - make the action plans - so do it make your choice -I expect to lead and be led.  I will take charge, lead myself and accomplish MY GOALS. 

 

A company will tell you there is no I in team - WELL I am telling you there is NO company in your DREAM  

 

Imagine how you would spend a day where you did absolutely nothing to impress others in any way, but instead did things solely so that when you went to bed that night, you were genuinely proud and happy with regards to how the day went. 

 

If you center every day around becoming the person you want to be rather than trying to pretend to be a person that you think other people will be impressed by, you won’t have to work to impress others anymore.

Be quiet: 

You cannot and will not be able to know yourself until you take the time to be still “Observing yourself is the necessary starting point for any real change.” —Chalmers Brothers 

 

Realize who you truly are, not who you want to be: When you know who you are, you will finally see where you and your specific gifts fit into the bigger picture. 

 

Find what you are passionate about: 

Focus more on passion; understand yourself in better ways, and you’ll make a bigger impact. Passion produces effort and continuous effort produces results. 

 

Impress yourself not others – Live life from the Inside out- NOT outside In - E 

 

Control Memories 

 

When you think from your memories, you can only create past experiences -  

In its simplest form, memory refers to the continued process of information retention over time. Characterize how memory works Encoding Storage Retrieval (or recall) 

It can be thought of in general terms as the use of experience to affect or influence current behaviors. 

 

Scientists have found that prompting an eyewitness to remember more can generate details that are outright false but that feel just as correct to the witness as actual memories.  

 

False Memories are fabricated or distorted recollection of an event. Such memories may be entirely false and imaginary. 'False Memories' Are More Common Than You Think.  scientists have learned that people can be 100 percent certain of their memories . . . and 100 percent wrong 

 

Okay so we lie. I was told by my brother. That if a man tells a story the meat of the story will be to benefit the storyteller. His/her story will be a lie... period – So you should be able to control another human’s memory. 

To implant a false memory, "you try to get someone to confuse their imagination with their memory,” 

"Each time you tell a story, you change the memory," maybe dropping in new details, weaving in tidbits you really heard from somebody else, or forging new, and possibly inaccurate or misleading, connections. 

 

You Have the Power to Choose Your Future. If you had a terrible childhood or you’ve made a lot of mistakes in the past, you don’t have to allow that to define the rest of your life. You have the power to choose your future. Your thoughts and feelings come from your past memories. Create the type of future you feel like you were really meant to live. Make changes and work hard to become the person you feel like you are meant to be. With hard work and determination, you can create any type of life you want for yourself. STOP LIVING IN THE PAST - 

 

You Have the Power to Choose Your Attitude. You have the power to choose the type of attitude you want to have in life. The way you react to problems, setbacks and angry people says a lot about you. 

 

Choosing to have a positive, compassionate, and determined attitude can mean the difference between feeling sorry for yourself and creating the life you always dreamed of living. All this I have been talking about are just words - You have to recreate yourself - make choice that help you - just you - then jump and take a chance on you - you have 50% chance of getting it right - when  your life change happens don't give up - I cannot tell you if it’s going to be Easy or hard Attitude is what is going to make or break you 

-- BUT MAKE UP YOU MIND to change YOUR MIND- 

 

The question “Who am I?” is used when you question what type of person you are. “Who I am” is a sentence fragment and is part of a sentence or indirect question. 

Who am I = what is my identity? The “answer” to “who am I” is our identity. 

"Who am I?" would be used when you introduce yourself, usually posing the question to the very person/people who you want to introduce yourself to, but immediately following it up with an introduction.  

 Thus, a person will use it in a situation where he would want to highlight himself. Who am I is our identity –and situation where he would want to highlight our-self? 

Identity is the qualities, beliefs, personality, looks and/or expressions that make a person (self-identity as emphasized in psychology) or group (collective identity as per-eminent in sociology). 

One can regard the awareness and the categorizing of identity as positive or as destructive. 

situation - a set of circumstances in which one finds oneself, a state of affairs. the location and surroundings of a place 

Situational identity arises when an individual constructs and presents any one of a number of possible social identities, depending on the situation: a religion, an ethnicity or lifestyle - as the context deems a particular choice desirable or appropriate.  

Identity formation has to do with the complex way human beings establish a unique view of self and is characterized by continuity and inner unity. It is therefore highly related to terms such as the self, self-concept, values, and personality development. 

 

Lives in a tribe to govern rules are made.  Human male animal made the rules now we know as man’s laws. Once power was created by those that were in charge of the tribe. As long as the tribe was feed and had shelter and was protected by outside tribes all was great.    

Leaders that are chosen by the tribe and thus remained leaders as long as the tribe needed them. The tribe was made of human hunters and gatherers. The leader would tell tribe when they need to move to a new location. 

The leaders put together a power structure this gave them the ability to give orders, and in a hierarchy, power is directed downward through the organization. If the tribe did not like what the leader were doing the power structure protected the leaders from the tribe. 

The point am going to make is one that we all need to understand – YOU and ME are tribal animals. Our subconscious mind is telling you that there is an issue, fear, or worry you need to examine within yourself.

 

It does not think, but rather reacts, fights, flees, or freezes… The subconscious mind also affects our bodily actions. The issue is our subconscious mind was programmed by our tribe leader’s (parents or we could call them the breeding pair).

 

Each person in the family tribe had a part in programming you. That is your subconscious mind, so now we think of it this way all the fears and the reason for you getting so unset is because of a habit that was programmed in your unconscious mind. 

 

I’ll give some facts. The unconscious mind comprises mental processes that are inaccessible to consciousness but that influence judgments, feelings, or behavior (Wilson, 2002). According to Freud (1915), the unconscious mind is the primary source of human behavior. 

 

Dreams are the conscious interference upon unconscious thoughts. Most of the brain's work is done unconsciously, even while awake, but sleep is meant to be exclusively unconscious.  

They have no more meaning than the thoughts you are thinking at this moment or the next. 

Your subconscious mind is telling you that there is an issue, fear, or worry you need to examine within yourself.   

The way I look at the subconscious mind is that, whether or not you want something does not matter if your SUBCONSCIOUS does not think it will ever happen.

 

THAT is why it is very important that you always think POSITIVE! Tell yourself that you CAN do something! If you go to do something and suddenly you feel like you cannot THAT is your subconscious working against you.

 

SO now I will continue since you understand as you are reading this your eyes are taking in the information and your subconscious has already decided what it is going to do with this information since it works off of habits that was created by your programming in your past. So I believe if you are making judgments based on your habits then you are not living in the present To funny right – what am going to tell you takes practice like everything we do we have to make a new habit .. That is just how our brain works no magic just facts and truth will set you free. 

 

As I got older one of the tools that helped me was this crazy thing, I call controlled Memories

By the time I finished the list, those words lingered. I repeated them over and over out loud. Every time I said them, I felt more powerful. I felt more control over my life. I repeated different variations of the theme:

Your outer world is a direct reflection of your inner world. If you want to change the world you see, start working on your inner world. Our reality is merely a mirror reflecting your inner world. Think about that for a moment. Take some time today to describe to yourself your outside world. 

 

Now look deeply inside of yourself and have a good look at your inner world. If you have conflict, struggle, hate, anger, depression, and fear on the inside, you will find that it will manifest and become part of your outside world.  

These things you see outside are mirrors of the parts of you that are waiting to be healed.

  

The world within is the cause and the world outside is the effect. Want to change the effect? Change the cause.  

We are not in control of the outer world. We are in control of our inner world. That’s where our power lies.

There is nothing more important than nurturing the relationship we have with ourselves. Even though you may have experienced a difficult past, does it make sense how the way you speak to yourself dictates whether you remain a victim to your troubles or better understand yourself?

 

Many people say they had a difficult childhood, bombarded with emotional and physical abuse. While this can be a difficult period, what was missing from our lives during our formative years should be given our attention as adults.

Gratitude makes life better. Tell yourself daily that you’re grateful for your life.

 

3.       I can make a difference.

Big things happen by people just like you are taking small steps to make a difference. Even if it’s just smiling or complimenting more people each day, you can make a positive difference in the world.

 

4.       My past does not define me

Made mistakes in your life? So has everybody else. Move forward. Don’t dwell in the past.

 

5.       People do change.

Remember the last point? Each of us is a living testament that people can change. Hope for the best in others and treat them how you’d like to be treated.

 

6.       Things aren’t always as they appear.

Remember that things aren’t always as they appear and comparing yourself to others is not a rewarding way to live.

 

7.       I am doing my best.

Perfection just isn’t an option, but doing your best is.

 

8.       I am strong.

How do you react to adversity? Do you challenge yourself? Chances are, you are stronger than you think and have overcome some incredibly difficult things.

 

9.       I am capable of reaching my goals

making goals and reminding yourself that you can achieve them is essential.

 

10.   Others don’t define who I am

You define who you are by your actions and thoughts. Outside influences, no matter how close to you they are, don’t define you. 

 

11.   I don’t have all the information.

It’s extremely common to jump right to a conclusion when you’re presented with information. Before reacting, take a deep breath—you probably don’t have all the information.

 

12.   I am loved.

Sometimes it’s hard to convince yourself of this, but it’s absolutely true. Someone loves you.

 

13.   Life goes on.

Some things are in your control, while others aren’t. Don’t fret the small things or the uncontrollable. Be resilient and remind yourself frequently that life goes on.

 

If you do not want to lose your self- pity or your identity. The past is gone- If you keep this knowledge that is no more than a habit – belief in your subconscious mind. 

Some carbon base human animal gave you this and it has become a program just like the program to drive your car. 

The subconscious does not care – It loves you if you want to keep this programing – that is cool because it’s just effect- 

your thoughts are the cause –

This part is easy for me I know my WHY my vision – Dream- action plan – Goal – I put together a list of how I am going to complete each project.

 The issue is change you must be open minded without attachments – Nothing seems to go as planned – It seems when I interact with other carbon-based humans – They always have there on ideas.

 I listen and take what I need to help me finish my project and yes, it is all about me –. Just like it all about your Habits period

We have to tell a new story – Framing – It has to be (more).

It is a difficult one to get hold of and maintain, but important to try and keep an element of wider perception.

 What happens in your brain when you break a habit?

 Enjoyable behaviors can prompt your brain to release a chemical called dopamine. “If you do something over and over, and dopamine is there when you're doing it, that strengthens the habit even more.

 When you're not doing those things, dopamine creates the craving to do it again,” Poldrack says.

Okay So if we have a habit that was created by the outside world.

 “Knowledge” – example a human hears a subject on TV, on the internet, on the old Cell the god tool. Now we were always in the group that believes a certain way- (regions – political party - holds to be true)

Beliefs are like 'Internal commands' to the brain as to how to represent what is happening, when we congruently believe something to be true. ... Beliefs are a choice. We have the power to choose our beliefs. Our beliefs become our reality

 All this knowledge am giving - remember believing what I am saying – and I control your feelings -Once you can control feelings - The thoughts will change because of emotions – (The CAUSE).

 The subconscious (mind\Body) is listening to you or feeling you. Why? It is you servant and it loves you.

 Study identifies neurons that fire at the beginning and end of a behavior as it becomes a habit – Now once your servant makes this habit because of someone controlling your feelings.

 You will create a belief and then comes faith in the believe – what here comes that loving feelings again

Are You Evil Because of Your Wish?

Does your wish to control someone make you evil?

Not necessarily.

As we have talked about, mind control has two sides—the good and the bad.

Everything would depend on your intention and the manner in which you do it.

What is your motivation and reason behind controlling someone?

If you wish to control people so they can do things that are good for them, you are not evil.

But if you’re going to change the ways other people think in a harmful manner, then you may want to rethink your move.

Mind control is a powerful weapon, and how you use it matters too!

 The first step (Feelings) – Which comes from habits – We all believe in our habits – Why because we let the subconscious be our master – Most are just lazy – The servant is so good at being effective and efficient – The servant just knows what you want and what makes you feel good or addicted – Most will just say I don’t know why - I do this, but it just feels right.

Okay if we believe then we have faith in what we believe in – so easy - the carbon – based human animal is – kinds to be boring but that’s right we were learning to control someone-

The thing we must understand the feelings are coming from the habits that were programed in that lazy human animal – Now may need to do a little work.

You are going to have to listen – That’s right -be- friend them – Be on their side agree – How could they do that to you – it’s not your fault. Keep in mind you just want to find the feelings that cause reaction. do not compare yourself to them—If you did have a bad family – make a new family story that puts you as perfect kid- perfect life—

You will need to now work on humans’ emotions

Strong emotional responses are made up of many components. These may include hurt, confusion, anger, fear, surprise, or embarrassment. We react to strong emotional responses in a variety of ways, some helpful, and others not.

 

 If we now can project that feeling – which will change how the creature thinks – make sure it’s with a strong emotional response – That why you can be the hero that offers that helping hand –

You now are the creature’s friend /confident

 

Since we have changed its feelings- thought-emotion – we now control the cause

The habit we are now making new ones just to help us reach our goals the action plan of controlling this creature

 

The habit is being made – You will see as you study this animal it will start to believe –

You are being victimized whenever you find yourself out of control of your life. The key word is CONTROL. If you are not pulling the strings, then you are being manipulated by someone or something else. You can be victimized in an endless number of ways.

The freest people in the world are those who have senses of inner peace about themselves: They simply refuse to be swayed by the whims of others and are quietly effective at running their own lives. These people enjoy freedom from role definitions in which they must behave in certain ways because they are parents, employees, Americans, or even adults; they enjoy freedom to breathe whatever air they choose, in whatever location, without worrying about how everyone else feels about their choices. They are responsible people, but they are not enslaved by other people's selfish interpretations of what responsibility is. Freedom is something you must insist upon –

Mastering yourself means knowing what lurks around every corner within you–taking an honest look at why you feel frustrated, angry, sad, anxious, or any of the other unpleasant thoughts and feelings that often occur to us–and choosing to tame what’s happening inside of you, instead of getting hung up on the belief that other people or outside circumstances are responsible for why you think and feel the way you do.

No matter what happens to us, we have a choice to choose our attitude. This is true mastery: choosing an attitude of acceptance, and having good character even under the most difficult, tense, or unfair circumstances. Attitude Follows Behavior

If we act a certain way, even if we do not originally believe in what we are doing, our attitude towards that behavior will change in such a way that we will believe in it. We will justify what we are doing and state that it is what we have believed in all along. Attitude is a feeling, belief, or opinion of approval or disapproval towards something. Behavior is an action or reaction that occurs in response to an event or internal stimuli (thought.)

Self-mastery means becoming the best possible version of yourself, no matter what outside pressures you face, because that’s the only thing you have complete control over. It’s being able to sacrifice comfort in order to do what’s right. It’s being able to make difficult decisions even when it’s scary.

Attract Anything You Need:

 To consciously attract anything, you want to experience into your life, you must need it, not simply desire, that which you want.

 To need something is to have a purpose for it and when something has a big enough purpose, it becomes a necessity rather than a luxury.

 You are able to attract anything you need to yourself because you are already connected to everything, seen and unseen.

 Nothing and no one is separate from you. The sense of separation we experience in the physical world is created by the way our five senses interpret this infinite sea of vibrating energy.

 You are one with the One Universal Mind from which all things become manifest. The creative power of your thoughts is limitless within in the realm of that which is possible.

 In a nutshell, there is a single Consciousness, the Universal Mind, which pervades the entire Universe. It is all knowing, all powerful, all creative and always present everywhere at the same time.

 Your consciousness is part of it - it is It. All is One. You are connected to everything and everyone. You are already connected what you want.

 To the degree that you truly comprehend and internalize this Truth, you will be able to become the master of your mind and the director of your life.

 Whatever you’re feeling, it will eventually pass. You won’t feel sad forever. At some point, you will feel happy again. You won’t feel anxious forever.

 In time, you will feel calm again. You don’t have to fight your feelings or feel guilty for having them. You just have to accept them and be good to yourself while you ride this out.

 Resisting your emotions and shaming yourself will only cause you more pain, and you don’t deserve that.

 You deserve your own love, acceptance, and compassion.

 If you don’t love yourself, you’ll always be looking for someone else to fill the void inside you, but no one will ever be able to do it.

 Embrace yourself. Have the feelings of love-joy-peace – Learn to be in the present –

during our subconscious years most everything we were trained –

brainwashed into believing everything was correct then later on it was wrong programing “dang.”

Think about this most things we were told was from a family member of your tribe. The story they told, they believed it was correct – faith was made – you may have heard you can take it to the bank “ wrong”

 Over half under educated. It would share information they heard from someone else. Well, it gets better once they heard this story that was made up by someone or something.

 Example a human creature then they take it as fact yes fact and pass it on. Now the story you were told got change to befit the storyteller. Why because it all about us the story.

 “Period the story is you.”

 We need to take time to Be the person you needed when you were younger – yourself.

  – Keep an open mind with no attachments – can you, do it? --Yes, we can!

 “Hey super star.” Tell your story you are the only one really listening – so tell a story about love peace and happiness and that will be your Cause – The effect what every you think is your reality when nothing is certain anything is possible.

 Create that which you desire to exist.

What in life do you truly want to experience? What is the journey that you want to go on? When it comes to becoming more mindful in life, it all starts with your vision. It’s about creating that which you desire to exist.

 Living in a society with so many distractions can take us off track with our goals, dreams, and ambitions in life. Stay focused on what you want to accomplish, whether you are experiencing sunny days or rainy days.

 Carry on even during the days when you feel like giving up. Be mindful of these days and continue to create that which you desire to exist.

 We use stories to make sense of our world and to share that understanding with others. They are the signal within the noise. So powerful is our impulse to detect story patterns that we see them even when they're not there.

Stories let us share information in a way that creates an emotional connection. They help us to understand that information and each other, and it makes the information memorable. Because stories create an emotional connection, we can gain a deeper understanding of other people's experiences.

 Choice without a Bios – what does mean – We are story tellers – It is easier to help us and other understand why we do what we do. What if we said I am the present? What If I just answered I AM and not care what you think. What if I was to turn off the knowledge from the carbon – based humans as they tried share their Bios.

 I am very possible, but it takes work. I find myself when a human animal asks about ME. The first then they do is start with “I work AT “- I live at this location and the story just keeps on coming. Who are you? I work hard on trying to answer the question without a story – not easy but it can be done-

 I believe is the best way to start this- Why because we start with a thought – Think about this – you never do anything – you are inside a vessel called the body/mind-

 If you can and you work hard at it and you control the hallucination of imaginations of your subconscious mind which we know is not fully aware, but which influences one’s action and feeling –

 It takes constant attention to Monkey brain – the voice within – stopping the knowledge – or the information that is coming from the stories being told by other human animals that feel the better the story “Makes a better you.”   Choice without a Bios – Try your best to be in the present is so cool – Once I tell the truth – yes, the truth being – Starts like this – I am talking to you and can you try to tell your mind to be quiet and stay focused – please don’t tell me about the news or weather –

 Just live the TAO the path and the way

 

 I know it seems I am taking my time on telling how to manifest.  We have just covered 14 things we have to know before coming to a place called the present. To help I just had a  manifest happen to day a place in time in the outside world.

" Not very easy. Those habits that we were talking about earlier " I do my best in being 80 % subconscious and 20 % conscious - That means I have to be the master, and how do I measure this percent  I created I manifested - I am the creator of my reality -E

 

 I will judge and yes, my Ego is our conscious mind, the part of your identity that you consider your "self." If you say someone has "a big ego," then you are saying he is too full of himself.

 

 We will try once again to try to be in charge. I am going to have to control feels and do not lose that loving feeling we have to have a emotion of trust: firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.

 

Primary emotions from people who study this, might say that there are eight primary emotions. Love is an emotion that combines often two of the primary emotions. So love is an emotion, but you often have to figure out what its manifestation is. So, love might make you feel trust

A lot of the time, monkey mind is caused by your thoughts disagreeing with what's going on. That is, there's a contrast between your thoughts and your surroundings. When the present moment doesn't align with what your monkey mind wants, your monkey mind begins to spit and howl.

 

Because we have so many things going on at one time, when we multitask, we can easily find ourselves using our “monkey brain”, making mindless decisions that may end up causing serious problems with important tasks, or even worse, with important relationships

 

 

Believe it or not (this is the hardest part  of the exercise)

 

Breathe.  We do this all the time, but to use your breathing to find stillness, be more careful and conscious about it.

Okay the monkey brain starts to a tell the story. I just think or say out loud stop. I am the master you are the servant. I have built a stadium in my reality so each statement or question coming from the monkey brain - I will place each in a seat.  I will address your issue but for now listen to the Breath. Yes, the stadium well gets full, and monkey want stop but the funny thing is it the same question and statements over and over.  programing that needs to be fixed. same statements question - fear and doubt -- propaganda - subconscious trying to be the master.

 

I Am the master so I have to stop and address so I can continue manifesting my Reality.

 

What I do is just change the story the monkey brain is telling.  - If the one that I told to take a seat in the stadium has a story of fear and doubt - I Am the artist over the 5 input devices and the monkey brain. No knowledge comes into me unless I have listened and carefully check to make sure it will only help me.

 

This means I am the master of all stories.  They have to be positive endings, or I delete. That story will not be allowed to have a seat anymore.

 

By changing the story which comes from habits. We have changed the past which will change the outcome, Why because we cannot use that excuses any more.

 I am the one that is living the Present a Gift of now. The past is a habit, and the future is a control hallucination

 

Perception itself is a kind of controlled hallucination. You experience a structured world because you expect a structured world, and the sensory information here acts as feedback on your expectations

 

It allows you to often correct them and to refine them

 You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside.

 

Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.

 

 Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact. It is never too late to be what you might have been. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve waited, there’s always time to make a change and believe in yourself.

 In order for you to change a belief or perception about yourself or your life, you’re going to have to make a decision with such firm intention that the over fullness of energy from that decision is greater than the hardwired programs in your brain and the emotions conditioned in your body.

 

 The choice that you make to change your belief will become and experience that you never forget. In this meditation you will learn how to change your belief or perception about yourself that stops you from creating the life you want.

 

 A proposition is a proposed plan of action, a detailed suggestion. The noun proposition means something presented for consideration.

 Hey super star spread light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.

 There are Two Ways of Spreading Light: To be the Candle or the Mirror that Reflects it. If you have a candle, you don't put it under the table but above so that it can shine light. In life you can either be a candle to bring light in the darkness or be a mirror to reflect the light from a candle.

 Dreams are the visions you have, your desires, and what you want to accomplish.

 Never discouragement those around you of their dreams but encourage their dreaming.

 So many outside world things have materialized from dreams.

 I have a note in my briefcase that simply says ‘dream’, and another one that says ‘think’. Dreams and visions give us something deep to think about, and our subconscious will assist us in figuring out how to accomplish them.

 Sharing use, it if you want to. I put together a manta – I work on my breathing – I take in the breath as I control my inter monkey brain. I use (I am) in my manta (I AM health – I AM wealth – I AM wise) – I am thankful for my wants and needs that have already come true – When I release my breath I repeat my manta

 Step 1: Create a vision.

 Step 2: Keep your mind filled with positive thoughts related to that vision, imagining it as if it's already come true.

Step 3: Do everything possible to achieve what you desire.

Step 4: Watch your vision become reality. Put this way, manifestation isn't such a far-out, new age concepts

 Once you have reached nirvana – The feelings as if it has already happened—your thoughts will be as if it is true – The emotions of happiness – (This is cause)

 The subconscious mind is efficient and effective. It loves the conscious you. I call it zero point were the conscious and the subconscious become one –

It's a place where you are free of all limitations, all programming, all expectations - even those that have been serving you in a positive way up until now

 

 
 

 The subconscious does not know the difference between a dream or what the outside world called Reality. (This is effect)

 Hey, we just made a habit one we can believe and have faith that is already happened – Go head see you dream – smell- touch – taste - hear- you are in the dream that will be your Reality –

 okay be a superhero and change the outside world by changing your inside world (BELIEVE)

 Think about this for one second – Do you have to learn how to drive each time you get in the car – do you have to learn to eat- hold a fork – It goes deeper walk-run are you breathing?

  This vessel (body-mind) just works off of habits. We are created in the image of Good – whatever you call the creator – Just say my heart is open- How can I help you help me in your manta –

 You are more than you think you are – the world makes you believe in the ideas –

 Hey, you are what you think -you are the idea of you super star –

 This is not a religious thing you are the one in charge of inside and outside world. We are the Gatekeeper we have the power let what ever knowledge we let in by choose 


We are created in the image of God the great creator of all - which is Good - I AM the creator of my Reality - I AM the one that believes it has already happened - I AM the artist that draws and creates my manifested Live in the outside world from inside which is I AM

 Behavior IS driven

 

 

Your subconscious mind stores all your memories and experiences in the form of images and symbols. That's why during dreams (which are nothing but thoughts of the subconscious mind) all we see are pictures and symbols.

 

 

Subconsciousness allows us to do things we don't have to think about, but we can alter them if we choose to. A good example of subconscious behavior is breathing. We don't have to think to breathe at all, but we can change how we control our breath and its pattern.

 

 Unconscious Behavior

In Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory of personality, the unconscious mind is defined as a reservoir of feelings, thoughts, urges, and memories that outside of conscious awareness. Freud believed that the unconscious continues to influence behavior even though people are unaware of these underlying influences.

 

Conscious Behavior

Conscious and voluntary behaviors are what we are and clearly indicate the DIRECTION we have chosen to take.

 

Human behavior can be conscious (connected to the personality or character type) or unconscious (connected to temperament), voluntary or involuntary. Conscious behavior is foundational on awareness.

 

The unconscious is a process that happens automatically.

 

 Human’s conscious thoughts can’t examine this process because it occurs underneath the conscious awareness. However, researchers have hypothesized that the unconscious affects human behavior.

 

What is conscious and unconscious Behavior?

 

The conscious mind contains all of the thoughts, memories, feelings, and wishes of which we are aware at any given moment. The unconscious contains contents that are unacceptable or unpleasant, such as feelings of pain, anxiety, or conflict.

 

According to Freud, the unconscious stores all repressed thoughts and feelings. These thoughts and feelings can manifest in both every day and unexpected situations, often caused by a trigger. For instance, suppressed hatred towards one’s father’s alcoholism can be triggered by the smell of liquor.

 

In Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory of personality, the conscious mind consists of everything inside of our awareness. This is the aspect of our mental processing that we can think and talk about in a rational way.

 

For example, the contents of the unconscious might spill into awareness in the form of dreams.

 

 When we think about the possibility of performing some specific behavior, we make up our minds—form our inten- tions—based on two factors:

 

Socially factors are things that affect someone's lifestyle. These could include wealth, religion, buying habits, education level, family size and structure and population density.

 Taking control 

 

 

Subconscious mind  is very effective and efficient. We are going to have to use the Unconscious mind. When we go in to medication we will reach the state that we will offer the cause to the Unconscious - the great creator of all - all the way back to the first mother the first light we created - I AM  taking control of the subconscious mind, by becoming aware and in sync with it, you can be sure to take back control of my life and basically achieve anything I want to. This is because when my subconscious mind and my conscious mind is working together to achieve a common goal, I can believe that it will happen.

 

I AM  at the beginning of creating a habit reprogramming  the information stored in the subconscious the place were the information  is used to drive a car - eat - breathe - the place that controls the vessel we all agree to call a human body. We have to create a new habit one that fixes and shaped to reach my vision of me the light - I AM created in the image of Good-  The creator of my Reality - I AM 

 

During Medication I have manta:

 

When we get to the zero point that is unconscious right before we go to sleep - at that point when we are thinking and making your reality – work on having a feeling - an emotion of love - one that feels it is already happening. - No one can stop you – if you meditate with a manta “I am”.  Example:  I Am health:  I AM Wealthy : I AM Wise I am a millionaire and on and on -- When you do this you are the CAUSE –

 

The Subconscious mind loves me it is my servant - it does care if you give negative - positive  ideas - Like a garden we can plant a weed or corn-- the garden does care it will grow both with love and care why because it is the effect of the cause

 

This is reason for the manta.. I Am reprogramming my self. I can have any thing I  think about I AM the creator - -what with in- so with out 

 

I have to give the effect a more effective and efficient idea

It will not delete a habit but it will choose to be more effective and efficient that is what we are doing with the Medication the  manta. Each time we go into Medication we will repeat the manta -a habit will be made

 

What is so great about this step is the monkey brain is now under control -- The new habits have slow the fear and doubt

 

The monkey brain will still interfere when we are trying to make the cause, but I Am the master I am creating new habits of love peace and happiness for me. What I think I can hold in my hands - I can have any thing I want and need.

 

Beliefs are next  again not a easy step but I AM the creator of my reality - E 

 

 You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside.

 

 Beliefs and Faith 

 

The vessel is efficient and effective and does not care what you give it, 

it will create you a habit, so I will have  a belief with faith. Let’s call it your Reality, and it will grow I Am the only one that can change the direction of the out side world.

The Importance of Choosing Your Thoughts. Time spent alone in thought can be positive – a rich environment for personal growth and creativity. Yet, getting “in our heads” can also be dangerous when we are negatively turned against ourselves.

 

Yes, Thoughts do become reality. Your reality is a state of feeling. and feelings arise from your actions, choices, and intentions. Any action you do in life is because ultimately you want to feel Good or high.

Your Inner Voice

 

It’s hard to take the time to see yourself. You show the world one person, but know there is a different one within, waiting to come out and be seen. You are ready to become this person, your true self, and are wondering how to do so. To become and live as your true self.

 

 Listening to your inner voice will help you become aware of and identify your true self with honesty.

There are four phrases or steps that the practitioner can follow, and the magical healing starts from within. The four steps involved in this practice make you realize the fact that you are responsible for everything that happens to you and that is in your mind. Once you realize this fact it becomes easy for you to start practicing the steps.

1.   The first step asks you to say sorry for everything that has happened or any wrong thing that you have witnessed. It makes easy for you to move ahead in your life once you know the fact and has the courage to say sorry for anything that was wrong, you will feel better.

2.   Once you are able to say sorry the second step requires you to ask for forgiveness. You will be seeking forgiveness for everything you felt sorry for in the first step. While doing so you are asking to forgive everything from you and your past memories that may have been involved in the wrongdoing. These may sound weird for many of us but once you mean what you say the process is magical.

3.   The third step that you must go through is showing your gratitude for everything that has happened to your life. This way you will learn to appreciate everything that is big or small in your life. You might get an unexpected response for this thank you but you need not worry about the result or response. In right time the correct result will appear in front of you. This step will help you to have patience as well.

4.   The last step that you need to follow is to show your love and say I love you to everything that is yours. This way you will learn to love everything related to you.

What’s Ho’oponopono theory of magic that will help you can be elaborated further with the effect that each step has on you. It makes you stronger and gives you the courage to face the truth and tell the truth. You will feel better when you know that your request for the forgiveness has been granted and people are going to trust you again.

The humans in the outside world are living habit-based lives. They believe with faith what every they believe which is cool- The outside human animal will and do judge - Ego driven thinking the material word will make them happy right - DO not tell the world what you are manifesting.

 

Why all it takes is one - are you crazy - that stuff doesn’t work. Just some more of that region’s stuff. I AM telling you -- hours of manifesting can be lost - one more time do not tell anyone until it has happened. 

 

You must stay open minded without any attachments - We are going to judge just work on it -   The Ego well you will get better as you grow.

 

Goal to live in the present A GIFT OF Now

 

It can be a bit frightening to realize that we are the only ones living the experience that we are living, that what we are calling our experience doesn't exist in any real sense, except for an instant inside our minds. So, too, it can be unsettling to consider that there really is no shared experience going on whatsoever. Furthermore, we do not choose the thoughts and feelings that appear before us—they simply appear to our awareness and then disappear, like fireflies in the night. From what thoughts are made and from where do they come; we simply cannot know.

But the question then begs, if each one of us is hearing different thoughts (living an entirely different circus, if you will), none of which we actually script ourselves, then to whom or what are all these separate and individual performances appearing? Who or what is the larger audience—the collective awareness within which all these individual events occur? This is a question to ponder rather than answer.

And so, the next time that a thought appears before you, within your awareness, remember that it is not real in the sense that it has some solid form or exists somewhere outside of you. The contents of what you are thinking about are in no way affected by the fact that this thought is appearing within you, nor is he/she/it aware that such an event is happening in your internal world. The thought appears in front of and within only you. Without the juice of your attention, it simply disappears without a trace.

Around our thoughts so that we can be truly open and present in our lives. Mindfulness of thought means paying close attention to our thoughts with a quality of openness and non-judgment. If we can attend to our thoughts with the energy of this loving attention, we’ll begin to see our thoughts for what they are. They’re just thoughts, and they come and go like clouds in the bright, blue sky.

When we pay attention to our thoughts, we identify with them less and less. The ego and the personality are so deeply attached to all the thoughts that make up our self-identity. But this is mere superficial identity. Our identity – the one that’s always loving and deeply connected to everything and everyone – is unchanging. It lies way below the surface of all those fleeting thoughts.

By cultivating mindfulness of thought, we get to witness the thoughts. And the more we witness these thoughts, the more we connect with this unchanging essence of who we are. It’s like anything else: practice is essential. We can practice paying attention to our thoughts in every moment. We can also formally sit down and do this on a meditation cushion.

But we don’t have to do it solely during a meditation practice. We can pay attention to our thoughts when we’re doing yoga, when we’re taking a solitary walk-in nature, when we’re in line at the grocery store, or when we’re in conversation with a loved one.

In fact, conversations are a really good way to pay attention to your thoughts. Notice how often you’re not even listening to the other person but thinking about what you want to say next. This is a great time to pay attention to your thoughts, as you want to be as present as you possibly can with all the people in your life. Mindfulness of thought is a deeply profound art that can and will change your life for the better if you let it.  

Don’t put your happiness in someone else’s hands - Living a magic life - understand you are the most important person to yourself. Learning to control the positive means also excepting the negative as a fact

 

“When you accept that your happiness is not an “if-then” formula, you realize that you no longer need to look to someone else to provide it for you. And instead, you can re-frame your mindset to appreciate happiness when it is available: in any given moment.”

 

Re-framing is a strategy that people can use, either on their own or in therapy, to help adjust their mindset. It often involves focusing on more positive thoughts, but it can also be centered on changing excessively high expectations to be more realistic.

 

Living in Mississippi since 1/7/2019 - leaving 11/20/2022. living with covid-19 everywhere, working graveyard - off on Sunday/Monday didn't give me time to meet new people.

 

Going home was one I had to be careful of so love one in my family would not get sick.

 

Bailey past away was a hard one, but I believe all living creature included the carbon-based human animal - the body dies, but we do not we are created in the image of good. We all will continue. if one fears death, it will affect your daily life -

 

Understand this body is just a vessel and you can be set free. I told Bailey on her last minutes on mother earth she is living a dog’s life and I AM living a human life we will meet in the field.

 

The future is a controlled hallucination we all agree to call Reality. Perception itself is a kind of controlled hallucination. Everything we perceive, including ourselves, are simulacrums of reality. The takeaway here is this wild thought: we are always hallucinating

 

We are the Cause with feelings and emotions with the a strong emigration we are the creator of our new habits we can believe in and have faith in our new re-framed realty.

“Is this thought really true?”

 

 Notice when you’re saying something out of habit that actually might not be true. How many times do you repeat a thought such as “I don’t have enough time to get everything done.”

 

Is that true? Or are you spending all of your time thinking that thought over and over instead of just doing the things you want to get done?

 

Try asking yourself: “Is this thought really true?”

 

Shift ever so slightly to a more positive statement from where you are. You can shift from “I’m so tired” to “I’m excited to lay my head down tonight.”

 

You can shift from “I’m so busy” to “I’m thankful to have so many wonderful things to fill my days with.”

 

Even though they are slight shifts, they can make you feel better and the energy in the sentence feels completely different.

 Magic words -

The Carbon-based human animals have to have a story. The subconscious mind is efficient and effective. That's were habits come in - The beginning of the thought. Is it a Habit? The End of story could B A Habit!

 

Instead of focusing on what you don’t have or what’s gone wrong, think about the solution you hope for and all the way things could go right in the future.

 

Instead of speaking of the problem, start using your words to speak of the solution.

 

If you catch yourself gossiping or you’re around others who are gossiping, move the conversation toward something that would interest them in another way. I’ve experienced great shifts in energy by changing the subject to something lighter and more positive.

 

 Practice tuning in and asking yourself, “How do I feel right now?” Take note of when you feel good—it’s a sign you’re thinking and speaking with integrity and in alignment.

 

If you feel bad, note that, too. It means you’re thinking and speaking out of integrity. Work to find thoughts that feel good to think and bring your attention only to them.

 

You are a magnificent creator, and you can choose to create your reality in joy. Using your thoughts and words to feel good is the simplest and most efficient way to create what you desire.

  Magic words starting today. Stop telling the same old story. Hey why not change the story -

Eckhart Tolle believes we create and maintain problems because they give us a sense of identity. Perhaps this explains why we often hold onto our pain far beyond its ability to serve us.

 

We replay past mistakes over and over again in our head, allowing feelings of shame and regret to shape our actions in the present.

 

We cling to frustration and worry about the future, as if the act of fixation somehow gives us power.

 

We hold stress in our minds and bodies, potentially creating serious health issues, and accept that state of tension as the norm.

 

It was an awakening, a healing. It was one of the most significant and amazing experiences in my life.

 

Sharing this exercise:

Write the words “I can choose” on your hand as a reminder.

 

This help to give you the power to take control of your life. Every morning if it has faded write it again. Eventually, you won’t need a visual reminder.

 

Whenever you feel your thoughts become negative, look at your hand and remember that it doesn’t have to be that way.

 

We don’t have to be slaves to our pasts. We don’t have to go through life with emotional scars.

 

We don’t have to let negative experiences define us.

 

We all have power over our lives. It may be difficult to see, but it’s always there.

 We always have a choice. Anyone can change their life just change the stories, you tell yourselves.

Our outside world is an image of our inside world when we sit in meditation and separate ourselves from the outside environment, the body is going to kick and buckle like an unbridled horse. And every single time you bring it back to the present moment, every time you are able to calm it down and bring it back to the relaxed state, you are reconditioning the body to the new mind.

 

If you are able to break this cycle while sitting in meditation, you overcome some aspect of yourself. Every time you break free from any addiction, the side effect is true joy. That is the liberation of energy that the body begins to feel.

 

This is a very exciting time!  Just change the story - change the habit - change the belief - change the faith “Is this thought really true?” Is it just a habit?

Only when the person becomes pure consciousness, does the thought form through that energy begin the transformation.

 

When people reach this elegant state, where they disconnect from the body and they forget about their life, a name or face, when they go beyond all the elements that they identify with, that is the moment they begin to change their lives.

 

Change your Story - Change the Habit –

Once you believe in the habit - You will have faith in the belief. You are Manifesting - What every you want /need has already happened - just believe what with IN so with out. If you think it you created it.

Most of the influential creations are stimulated by the imagination. Just one idea can lead to the most powerful innovations. Also, imagination motivates the people to convert these ideas into reality

Neville’s method is simplicity itself. It can be reduced to a three-step formula:

1.       Form an absolutely clear sense of what you want — be starkly honest with yourself about an accomplishment, possession, or relationship that you desire with all your heart and intellect. “Feeling is the secret,” Neville wrote.

2.       Enter a state of restful physical immobility, such as what you experience just before drifting off to sleep at night (this is sometimes called the hypnagogic state) — and you are free to do this step at that time. When the mind and body are blissfully relaxed, your intellect is unusually supple and suggestible.

3.       From this state of physical stillness, picture a short, emotionally satisfying scene that implies the fulfillment of your desire, such as someone shaking your hand in congratulations, or feeling the weight and density of an award in your hands or a wedding ring on your finger. Do not witness the scene as if you’re passively watching it on a movie screen but feel yourself in it. Run this scene through your mind for as long as it remains vivid and satisfying. You can allow yourself to fall asleep after doing this

 

Imagination is God and the all-seeing eye within! You cannot see your Imagination with your human eyes for Imagination is spirit and God is spirit. You can only see the effects of imagination, like you can only see the effects of the wind on the trees, and you cannot see the wind.

For it is impossible to see Imagination and it is impossible to see God, for God is spirit. and Imagination is God and your Imagination and your I AM are One. I AM spirit having a human experience. I am all imagination. I AM Spirit, and I AM Good!

 

God is your human Imagination and Imagination is the creative higher intelligence within. imagining creates reality and imagination is reality.

 

I Am Reality Called Imagination. Imagination is the third eye within, and Imagination is God within. I AM the dreamer within the dream, and I AM also the dream. The dream and I AM are one.

 

1. Create Your Imaginary Scene

According to Neville Goddard, the first step to manifesting is to create your imaginary scene.

This scene should be the end result of what you want. Not the beginning. Not the middle. The end!

You want this scene to be how your life would look if your desire has ALREADY manifested.

The beauty of manifesting is that all the details are already taken care of. You don’t need to visualize how your desire will come. You just need to visualize the end result you want to manifest.

Use this prompt to come up with your scene: What would my life look like if my desire has already manifested?

Describe yourself, your surroundings, the people around you, what you’re doing, what you’re saying, what you’re feeling,

The scene doesn’t have to be complex, just long enough to bring the scene to life.

Make sure to include all the senses and imagine the end. Only the end. The end is what your life would look like after you achieved this desire. Not the steps leading up to it.

For example, if your ultimate desire is to get married, then don’t imagine being on a date with your partner.

Instead, you want to imagine a short scene where you see yourself living the life AFTER your desire has manifested. Perhaps you are cuddling with your partner while wearing a wedding ring or perhaps you are cooking in the kitchen with your partner.  Everyone has their own preferences, so choose the scene that makes you feel the best.

Another tip to make your scene seem more real is to add dialogue to the visualization. If you want to manifest a promotion at work, imagine a scene where your colleagues are saying congratulations to you. Or your parents telling you how proud they are of you.

2. Imagine the Scene During The State Akin To Sleep

Once you have come up with the scene you want to imagine. The next step is to imagine this scene every day before going to sleep.

Neville recommends practicing visualization during a meditative state called “state akin to sleep (SATS).”

In this relaxed state, your conscious mind begins to slow down which makes it the optimal time to impress new assumptions in your subconscious mind through your imagination.

You can access this state through meditation, or you can take advantage of the time just before you fall asleep.

I prefer the latter because we do it every day anyway.

Once you’re in SATS, use your imagination to take yourself into the scene of your desire in the first person.

You want to feel as if you are in the scene and see your desired reality in the first-person view.

Use what you’ve written down in step 1 to experience this scene in your imagination. Once the scene ends, repeat it again. Loop it over and over.

Your mind will try to throw you off course. If you wander off, bring yourself back to the scene.

As you loop the scene, you will naturally FEEL the feelings in that scene that you’d feel as if you were actually there.

Do this until you fall asleep. If you successfully fall asleep while imagining your scene, the belief will be impressed into your subconscious mind and your belief will manifest in your reality.

3. Keep Impressing Your Subconscious Until It Manifests

According to Neville Goddard, once you successfully impress your subconscious mind with your new assumption, it must manifest in your reality.

The more you visualize during SATS, the faster you impress that desire into your subconscious mind.

As soon as that desire becomes your truth, it will manifest in your life.

The time it takes to impress your subconscious mind will vary from person to person depending on how consistent they are with their visualization, how good they are at feeling as if the desire has already manifested, and the amount of existing limiting beliefs in their subconscious.

If you are not seeing any movement in your reality, it means that you have not impressed your subconscious yet.

Or you have other negative assumptions (limiting beliefs) in your subconscious that are blocking your desire from manifesting.

How do you visualize what you want to manifest?

Every visualization practice should follow these 5 steps.

1.   Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

2.   Take a tall seat and focus on your breath to calm your thoughts.

3.   Visualize the physical form of your desire.

4.   Shift your visualization to how good your desire makes you feel.

5.   Continue to visualize and feel the shift in your vibrational energy.

 

Our Choice to change the habit Is the Key to Feelings.

What is A Mantra? -  I AM

 

(Originally in Hinduism and Buddhism) a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation.

 

A mantra is a motivating chant, like the “I think I can, I think I can” you repeat over and over to yourself on the last stretch of every marathon you run.

 

A mantra is usually any repeated word or phrase, but it can also refer more specifically to a word repeated in meditation

 

A personal mantra is an affirmation to motivate and inspire you to be your best self. It is typically a positive phrase or statement that you use to affirm the way you want to live your life. The true value of a mantra comes when it is audible, visible, and/or in your thoughts.

 

When it comes to choosing a mantra, always use and trust your intuition. If you don't like the sound of something or it feels difficult for you to pronounce, then feel free to experiment and try out another mantra. There is so much wisdom and magic in each of us, and mantras can be so personal.

 

Communicating thoughts from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind is difficult because it should be done with emotions. Only the thoughts that are conveyed with genuine emotions make it to the back of your mind. And only the thoughts that are backed up by a strong emotion stay there.

 

One of the most powerful techniques is the mantra technique. The essence of that technique is to repeat in your mind (or aloud) a positive mantra that will help you overcome a difficulty or fear.

 

The more you repeat it, the stronger you believe it in, the more faith you put into your words, the better the result.

 

If that is possible, then it should also be possible to convince your mind that you are healthy, happy, good looking or mentally strong.

 

My steps to I AM - I hope this helps:

 

I turn the TV off

I turn the internet off

I turn the ringer off cell phone (work phone cannot turn off)

I have just turned the knowledge off from the outside work.

 

 This knowledge is no more than the world of carbon- based human animals passing on the stories of other that they believe in –

 

Once again once you believe in the stories you have turned your control of your subconscious mind over to the those that are in control of the outside world –

 

 This is one area we must get control of – Why this is your Reality – Remember what you think you become – your thoughts with feelings – the emotion of love creates a habit – then a belief – If you let other get control of your thoughts – then you have given up your belief of your story.

 

The subconscious mind is the powerful secondary system that runs everything in your life. The subconscious mind is a data-bank for everything, which is not in your conscious mind. It stores your beliefs, your previous experience, your memories, your skills. Everything that you have seen, done or thought is also there –

 

 

My question to you why you are giving it up the Carbon-based human creature that wants to control over your subconscious mind -

 

Their goal to get control of your subconscious mind so you can l help them reach their goals visions and dreams --

Being in the present moment, or the “here and now,” means that we are aware and mindful of what is happening at this very moment. We are not distracted by ruminations on the past or worries about the future but centered in the here and now. All of our attention is focused on the present moment

Tell it You will let it go back to controlling 95.5 % everything when you finish reprogramming your computer -

 Manifest is just a Belief 

 

It can be a bit frightening to realize that we are the only ones living the experience that we are living, that what we are calling our experience doesn't exist in any real sense, except for an instant inside our minds. So, too, it can be unsettling to consider that there really is no shared experience going on whatsoever. Furthermore, we do not choose the thoughts and feelings that appear before us—they simply appear to our awareness and then disappear, like fireflies in the night. From what thoughts are made and from where do they come; we simply cannot know.

But the question then begs, if each one of us is hearing different thoughts (living an entirely different circus, if you will), none of which we actually script ourselves, then to whom or what are all these separate and individual performances appearing? Who or what is the larger audience—the collective awareness within which all these individual events occur? This is a question to ponder rather than answer.

And so, the next time that a thought appears before you, within your awareness, remember that it is not real in the sense that it has some solid form or exists somewhere outside of you. The contents of what you are thinking about are in no way affected by the fact that this thought is appearing within you, nor is he/she/it aware that such an event is happening in your internal world. The thought appears in front of and within only you. Without the juice of your attention, it simply disappears without a trace.

Around our thoughts so that we can be truly open and present in our lives. Mindfulness of thought means paying close attention to our thoughts with a quality of openness and non judgment. If we can attend to our thoughts with the energy of this loving attention, we’ll begin to see our thoughts for what they are. They’re just thoughts, and they come and go like clouds in the bright, blue sky.

When we pay attention to our thoughts, we identify with them less and less. The ego and the personality are so deeply attached to all the thoughts that make up our self-identity. But this is mere superficial identity. Our identity – the one that’s always loving and deeply connected to everything and everyone – is unchanging. It lies way below the surface of all those fleeting thoughts.

By cultivating mindfulness of thought, we get to witness the thoughts. And the more we witness these thoughts, the more we connect with this unchanging essence of who we are. It’s like anything else: practice is essential. We can practice paying attention to our thoughts in every moment. We can also formally sit down and do this on a meditation cushion.

But we don’t have to do it solely during a meditation practice. We can pay attention to our thoughts when we’re doing yoga, when we’re taking a solitary walk-in nature, when we’re in line at the grocery store, or when we’re in conversation with a loved one.

In fact, conversations are a really good way to pay attention to your thoughts. Notice how often you’re not even listening to the other person but thinking about what you want to say next. This is a great time to pay attention to your thoughts, as you want to be as present as you possibly can with all the people in your life. Mindfulness of thought is a deeply profound art that can and will change your life for the better if you let it.

 Now let's shift to a more complicated example. If you want to think your way to a more peaceful world, how would you begin?

 You'd start, I would hope, by finding peace within yourself. What shifts you towards anger, frustration, envy, or even self-criticism?

 You would need to understand the answers. How can you counterbalance those forces?

 You're not going to accomplish this by meditating once or writing a few passages in your journal. It will take a ton of consistent effort and focus.

 Once you start meditating – start off just 5 minutes a day listen to your breathe – learn to tell your monkey brain to be quiet – turn of the cell phone – TV – internet – and just breathe—as you increase the time – it’s not a JOB – okay  -  just keep it up you are returning to the present—That’s you – as you can increase the time add a manta  - I AM heath – I AM wealth- I AM rich – keep it up and you start believing as if has already happened –

 WHY the subconscious loves you and will make you a habit – Once a habit is made - this becomes a brief which changes everything - next becomes faith - ask and you will receive - what you will start being is health – wealthy – wise – you are what you think.

 Do you have to learn to drive each time you get in the car –no why you have faith because of a habit made by the subconscious loves you –

you are - (I AM.)

 When the conversation shifts to the power of positive thinking, setting intentions, to change the world with your thoughts, you must think with intention.

 This means you must...

    Think the same thing every day

    Fully believe in your thoughts

    Match your actions to your thoughts, and more importantly...

    Conduct your life in a manner that is entirely congruent with your thoughts.

 

Your thoughts are energy, your words are energy, and your actions are energy. You create manifestations through thoughts, words, and actions that use energy to form objects, conditions, and experiences.

 As you bring more energy to any thought, any conversation, and any action, you increase your powers of creation.

 Before your thoughts can change the world, they must change you. When the conversation shifts to the power of positive thinking, setting intentions,

 When you change your thoughts, you change your life.  If we repeat those negative thoughts, we're thinking negative thoughts much more than we're thinking positive thoughts. Negative thinking is what holds most people back from achieving any real measure of success in life, because our thoughts create our Reality.

    I believe a Dream is a vision of your Why - You -

    • With a marker or pen - get one that is not permanent just in cause you right your why on your hand
    • We can use a yellow note pad - If you had a chalk board -
    • Write down way you get up each morning -

    Write it down on your hand on the notepad, chalk board -One word - can not be money -

    We are going to care this word around for two days.

    • After Two days We need to ask our selves Why to wrote it down and now Write it down why you wrote the first why.
    • We will continue this exercise until we have written why five times  -- This is your vision ( Dream  that you are going to be a super star and see it to the end)

     

    Dream watching is fun - but how - Think of it like day dreaming - you know when you drift off - I know you have done it when you drive - remember - " We are already here"

     

    Be apart of the Dream - Hard one but I'll do my best -

 When you find your why - The dream 'and you see it to the end' - At this point you know it has already happened -- What you think we can hold it in our hands - We are the Cause.

 Since this is your dream and you are the artist  that is painting you

 

  • You should know who is the Master and who is the servant
  • You should know all about the your servant
  • You know it controls 95% of You

The habit you - That was created by and  trained by your tribe

 How to give thanks

  • I was the super hero in my dream - I give thanks to what is going to happen in the outside world
  • What I saw was reality

 What every you think in your dream and you made it to the end of your story - that you wrote with your imagination

I want you open yourself up  with all the love you have and give thank for you seeing - in your dream to the end - you know it has already  Happened - You have seen it - you manifested it - Give thanks to the great creator.

 You will see how easy it becomes - you will start small but once you understand - The story the dream is coming true in the outside world

A Manifestor has the ability to move its energy into action. It is an energy type.

 What you think with strong emotions' I can only imagine what I would create since am a super hero that saves that day in my story - which I seen to the end - I manifest my Reality - E

To no longer have to interact with a certain person or thing. Often used in the negative. I doubt we've seen the end of Mr. Cramer.

  When we have a thoughts it’s been said what you think “you can  hold in your hands”. 

I do believe what this means to me.  You have change a habit- By changing how you think you change how you look at things in the outside world.  

 Wayne Dyer once said, “Change The Way You Look At Things And The Things You Look At Change.” When you change the way you see the world; when your intentions are positive and powerful; when you search only for the good, then your life transforms into the amazing adventure it was designed to be.


HOW many thoughts a day?

In 2005, the National Science Foundation published an article summarizing research on human thoughts per day. It was found that the average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day.

 These thoughts are coming from your Monkey which is fear and doubt – Its just trying to be the Master of your life – Since it is effective and efficient and it does not judge – It does not care if its bad or good – right or left – it is the effect of you the Cause.

 

When this thought comes into to your space – It is you life you in side this vessel called human animal

  We are the artist  that is painting this story that we are going to create with the help of the sub- conscious – The first thing is to think  and say I am the Master you are the servant – I will give you a thought after I have had time to think about – I AM Health I am Wealth  I AM wise – I AM created in the image of God which is good.

Take that story servant gives you - that is very effective and efficient, and it does not judge It does not care if it’s bad or good – right or left – it is the effect of you the Cause. Its just doing its job – Well its more than that the sub-conscious mind loves the conscious mind, why because it’s the Cause "the creator of Reality" – 

The sub- conscious well  give you the story you are thinking. It well do anything to make sure our story we created -it does not have a belief, its just  effective and efficient and it does not judge – It does not care if its bad or good – right or left – it is the effect of you the Cause. Your servant loves you and  well do everything it can to give you the best it has to create your Reality.

 So if you see the story to the end you just manifested

We have to stop and get control so we can change the story so we are the Super hero that saves the day – We are not going to be able to catch every story that the servant is creating.

We can start each time we start to tell a story. To say this I am talking about  your thoughts. Once you have a thought your servant takes over, Why  so you can start another thought - We must work on saying  NO to the ideas  were you are not the Super Hero. We must understand you are the Master of your Reality.

To create the outside world you want  we have to be in control of this vessel  call the the human animal - This creature  is total habit driven - What we do is change the story change your Destiny. Start small change a habit change a belief 

Change the faith we must understand we must see the story to the End  and feel as if it has already happened

Manifesting is a Choice it's a chance to change the outside world that your body/mind lives in - you know the vessel that cares you around - The servant that loves you why because you are the master.

 

 We are the cause - We are the creator of our Reality

The story we create look at  our  stuff. Check out what you think your reality should look like. The choose we made changes every second of a minute that creates a chance to be you.  We have to learn to use mantras to help aid concentration in meditation. The Cause is what we think. I do believe that once we understand that the stories we tell and just at story that can be edited , because I am the artist that is drawing and creating me  the one in the story.

 

Tools to help on this journey is framing -

  • Tell the story in a positive state - its your life in the outside world
  • Know your servant
  • Know your WHY  "we are the cause "
  • Reality is a habit -" create Habits" for the servant
  • Dream if you know your why
  • SEE the Dream "TO THE END"

You have one life. You are the artist. Don’t just make life work, you make it a masterpiece. When you are the artist of your life, it reminds you constantly that your life is your responsibility.

 See the story (dream our why)to the End. Manifesting is a Choice it's a chance to change the outside world that your body/mind lives in  

 

Your subconscious mind is subjective. It does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. Just as your conscious mind can be thought of as the gardener, planting seeds, your subconscious mind can be thought of as the garden, or fertile soil, in which the seeds germinate and grow. This is another reason why harnessing the power of positive thinking is important to the foundation of your entire thought process. 

 

Your conscious mind commands and your subconscious mind obeys. 

 

Your conscious mind is your objective or thinking mind. It has no memory, and it can only hold one thought at a time. This mind has four essential functions. Identifies, comparison, analysis and deciding.

Think of this way - we think of something - Once this happens the monkey brain starts  off giving us all the fear and doubt 

 

You the Master DO not have to except the story the servant gives you… Period… You get control of this fear and doubt – Its time to create new habits tell new stories .

 

I know this sounds like you have  stopped living and only having issues you have to control .. again this is the habit self the ego tell you this... Once we understand you are Master the true artist that is  creating your reality 

 

If we understand this statement we are on our why to becoming a Manifest-er its your Choice it's a chance to change the outside world that your body/mind lives in    

 

-- Give thanks not for what you have  this second in time in the outside world -- I want you to give thanks for dream that you saw to the end were you were the super hero that saved the day

 

--WE give thanks as if it has already happened -- 

 

TIP once again do not tell anyone about your manifest - "If you do"  you open the door to fear and doubt and your habit life will take over the EGO the fake self will take over and this will slow or stop the manifest

If you want to conquer fear - "Know you Why"


·       Why do you get out of Bed? What a great question.

·       Do not let the subconscious lie to you. It will

·       Its efficient and effective and will take your why! “And use old habit.”

How to know your why – The funny thing is we can change the why, because we are the Master

Okay just an idea:

1.       Ask the question why?????? “Do I get out of Bed” ???????

2.       WE can not go any further until the EGO gets out of the why.

3.       We can have a new reason a new Why each day.

4.       But your why is the only "way" you can have a dream.

5.       Manifest cannot be reached Until we have Action in the outside world

 

We can’t have a Dream until we know our why.

You can write on your hand – on a notepad placed in your pocket – You want to be able to see why you wrote one word to answer why you get out of bed.

You have one week – To answer why you wrote that one word why you get out of Bed

Yes we need to write why we wrote that word on our hand – on a notepad on the minor in the bathroom

Okay we will repeat this step for “ 5 “  times – 

the first time was why we get up ( one word can not be money)

second write why you wrote the first word we have to do this five times once we get to the fifth time or word that is your why now we can have a dream and see it to the End

Now that we have a Dream – Action is next we are a habit driven vessel - we can become the cause the master over this vessel that cares us around This habit Driven servant –

Now we can make new habits that we can believe in and have faith in our inside world – Actions needed for the vessel the carbon-based animal to MOVE

Action breeds confidence and courage.

Each human that crosses your destiny Has a Story of them in the outside world - listen and learn this is knowledge - If you believe the other humans story - thoughts will start -


If your thoughts and feeling match - agree - We just let the one of knowledge to help created a habit


So if we have a habit that was created by the outside world.

 

“Knowledge” – example a human hears a subject on TV, on the internet, on the old Cell the god tool. Now we were always in the group that believes a certain way- (regions – political party - holds to be true)

 

Beliefs are like 'Internal commands' to the brain as to how to represent what is happening, when we congruently believe something to be true. ... Beliefs are a choice. We have the power to choose our beliefs. Our beliefs become our reality

 

All this knowledge am giving - remember believing what I am saying – and I control your feelings -Once you can control feelings - The thoughts will change because of emotions – (The CAUSE).

 

The subconscious (mind\Body) is listening to you or feeling you. Why? It is you servant and it loves you.


I am the one that controls my emotions:


I AM healthy - I AM wealthy- I am wise -" programing my emotions"

I am with my imagination - Manifesting 


In bad times:

 

Time is used to help put the story together to make our Reality need to survive the out side world

Therefore, this hallucination is not a false perception or a perception of something that does not exist, but a perception modelled by our body and controlled by the brain, which applies a kind of prior template to give meaning to what we feel.

 

The mountain will move.” it was here now it is there.” 

We are created in the image of God, and this is Good - 

 - I am the MASTER of my REALLY - 

- I control - MY Time – MY environment – MY Body/Mind.   

- We must observe and monitor: 

- Thoughts - Behavior - Emotions – Because what WE think WE become – 

 

In Bad times:

 

Time is used to measure to gauge how far  to go 

 

My question to my self.  Do I want to know me?

 

Next Question is Why are we using the story that you and I created

 

by the other stories  from our tribe the environment -

 

We can not manfest with ideas of the past.

 

Since this is your dream and you are the artist  that is painting you

 

  • You should know who is the Master and who is the servant
  • You should know all about the your servant
  • You know it controls 95% of You

The habit you - the ones that were created by and  trained by your tribe

 

If we were to take time to wonder and understand we have to be the master of the servent

 

One of the issues is the Past time

Framing a story -

  • Okay some would say removing the negative 
  • Fear and doubt

 

Bad habits that are already effective and efficient

My servent has no wasteful use of a particular resource.

 

The hardest part

 

Something in the past happened. You could be the person that cause this issue.

When a story has been changed by a person or a group of carbon based humans - A tribe

 

Someone new crosses you destiny - this human has its stories that were programed in her/his  un - conious mind  You believe the persons story this will become a habit in your sub-conious and change your story .

 

We need to very careful - We can listen to the story

 

  • Try not judge
  • Have a open mind
  • Let the story come in one ear and out the other
  • Have no attachments

 

Create a new story with this person

 

Past stories come up try to change parts of past story add positive take the negative out

 

Its was said if change the past you change future - Saying that if can make a new habit that is more effective and efficient . My servent has no wasteful use of a particular resource. The sub-conious does not care, but you the 5% - You are the cause the master of a Real Life
